If a theme isn’t right for you, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying it.
How to ask for a refund
- Email support@weekendthemes.com from the address you used to buy, or use your account page.
- Tell us the theme and, if you are willing, what did not work for you. It helps us improve, but it is not a condition of the refund.
What happens next
- Payments are processed by Freemius, so the refund is issued by Freemius to the card or PayPal account you paid with. It usually appears within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
- When a refund is issued, the licence is cancelled and the theme stops receiving updates. Please remove it from any live site.
Renewals
Yearly licences renew automatically so updates and support continue. You can cancel at any time in your customer portal. If a renewal goes through by mistake, ask within 14 days and we will refund it.
