Who you are buying from
Themes are sold by Weekend Themes. Payments are processed by Freemius, which acts as the reseller for these purchases and appears on your receipt and bank statement.
Prices and tax
Prices are shown in US dollars. Any sales tax, VAT or GST is calculated and added at checkout based on your location.
Delivery
After payment you receive an email with a download link and your licence key straight away. Downloads are also available in your Freemius customer portal.
Renewals and cancellation
Yearly licences renew automatically at the end of each year unless you cancel. You can cancel any time in your customer portal; your site keeps working after cancellation.
Refunds

Liability
Themes are provided as they are. We test them carefully and fix problems we are told about, but we cannot be responsible for losses caused by using them. Always keep a backup of your website.
