Do I need any plugins?
No. Low Tide works on its own. If you want an online booking system or a contact form, you can add any plugin you like and drop it into the contact section.
Can I use my own photo and film?
Yes. The person in the sample About photo is AI-generated and must be replaced with a real photo of you. You can keep the sea film or swap in your own short, muted clip.
Does it work for counsellors outside Canada and the US?
Yes. Just change the sample crisis-line note (9-8-8) to the right service for where your clients live.
Can I add a blog?
Yes. Low Tide includes clear, comfortable article pages. The setup guide shows how to switch the blog on.
Which version of WordPress do I need?
WordPress 6.6 or newer and PHP 7.4 or newer. It is tested up to WordPress 7.1.
