Before you write
- Most setup questions are answered in the documentation.
- To download your theme again, see your licence key, move a licence to another site, or get an invoice, use your account page. Log in with the email you used to buy.
Email us
Write to support@weekendthemes.com. Please include the theme name, your website address, and a screenshot if something looks wrong. We aim to reply within two working days.
What support covers
- Installing the theme and activating your licence.
- Using the theme’s sections, patterns, colour styles and settings.
- Anything in the theme that does not work as described.
Support does not cover custom design changes, other plugins, or problems with your web host, though we will always point you in the right direction.
Refunds
If a theme isn’t right for you, see our refund policy. You have 14 days.
